Warner Bros. release first poster of movie on female dominated heist crew
The movie will feature cameo appearances from Kendall Jenner, Serena Williams, Anna Wintour and more.
Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, are to play roles as a gang of female thieves in Warner Bros. Pictures crime movie, “Ocean Eight” based on its first poster released on Thursday, December 14, 2017.
The film which has been set for a June 8, 2018, debut is a spin-off of the Ocean’s trilogy starring George Clooney as Danny Ocean, who had co-stars such as Brad Pitt and Matt Damon with him on the project.
In a fictitious sense, the “Ocean 8” movie will feature the biggest heist to be ever pulled by a group of women. Debbie, the estranged sister of Danny has gathered the perfect squad of Lou, Rose, Daphne Kluger, Nine Ball, Tammy, Amita, and Constance who all have a singular goal of carting away a jewelry at a New York-held Met Gala. The lead cast Bullock thinks of the project as an exciting one in an interview published by EW on December 6. It was interesting for the 53 years old Virginia-born actress to work together while managing other aspects of their career.
“It’s really fun,” says “The Proposal” movie star spoke excitedly.
“Imagine all eight of us crammed into a make-up trailer in the morning.
“You think that it would be disastrous, but it was heaven, all of us just sharing information, all of us doing three jobs with families, our other jobs, the juggling.
British-American journalist, Anna Wintour, who is also the editor-in-chief of Vogue Magazine is among a list of people who will be making cameo appearances in the movie. She is expected to be joined by tennis star Serena Williams, whose wedding she recently covered.
Others on the list include Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Brazilian model Adriana Lima.
